Frank Water is delighted to announce our new Ambassador, Tom Freyberg, Founder and Managing Director of Atlantean Media. Tom is an award-winning environmental journalist, he’s had articles and comments published in The Times, The Guardian, CNN, the Grocer magazine, and a Swedish institute publication, WaterFront. Spending nearly a decade traveling the globe and reporting on projects from Latin America to the Middle East and Southeast Asia, opened his eyes to the water challenges and solutions available around the world.

Frank Water has launched its latest fundraising appeal to coincide with World Water Day on 22 March to raise £30,000 to support the most vulnerable communities with access to clean, safe water.
The ‘Peace Flow’s appeal will run for one week – midday on 20 March until midday on 27 March, and all donations up to £15,000 will be doubled by match funders including Apacor, Blue Sky Botanics, Ethicall, and ByWater Services.

On the outskirts of Chennai, India lie the factories of some of the world’s largest manufacturers, producing items you likely encounter daily, from mobile phones to soft water bottles.
Last week, in central Chennai the Frank Water team facilitated a meeting of like minded organisations, committed to ensuring that manufacturing in Chennai doesn’t negatively impact local communities and the environment. Today is World Water Day. A day that helps us focus on water and the issues and opportunities that come with this precious common resource.
This years ‘theme’ is about accelerating change and going beyond ‘business as usual’. This is a great theme because, if we are to meet our global commitment that ‘everyone would have safely managed water and sanitation by 2030’ we are going to have to pick up the pace of work.
