At our roastery, we have a secret garden at the back, which is maintained by Ingrid Van Oostrom, a local gardener. We love learning about growing fruits and vegetables, and gaining little tips ..read more

Since we began in 2015, we have always been conscious about our pricing, and making it fair and approachable. Our aim is to roast and serve great coffee for everyone, and we’ve always been inclusive and encouraging, and maintained a strong focus on making speciality coffee accessible and affordable. In won’t come as a surprise that we, like many other businesses, are now facing steeper costs than every before. In the last 12 months, coffee has risen 100%, and we are all aware of the increase in energy bills. As a roaster, we use a lot of gas and electric to roast the coffee, we have to ship i ..read more

We had a blast exhibiting at London Coffee Festival 2022, it was wonderful to see many new and familiar faces, and catch up with the coffee industry. On Thursday and Friday; we served our Momentum espresso and on filter, we served our Peru Pachamama (International Women’s Day coffee, £1 per bag goes to Women’s Aid), Ethiopia Urago Raro and Kenya Kamwangi AA. Over the weekend, we served two espressos; Melody which is the fruiter punchier sister of Momentum and also our Mellow Decaf, because by that point, maximum caffeine consumption was looming, so we kept it lowkey on with our delicious dec ..read more

History of the estate Falkland Estate sits at the very heart of Fife on the outskirts of the beautiful conservation village of Falkland just a short journey from Edinburgh and Dundee. Archaeological evidence of hill forts pays testament to the fact that settlements have been here from at least the Iron Age. It was a favourite royal hunting ground of the Stuart monarchs and home to Victorian leaders of rural development and architectural style. Nowadays, it is a place of thoughtful stewardship and education, organic farming alongside a stunning space for community recreation, volunteering and ..read more
