Ubuntu Server LTS 20.04.4,
the 4th point release is out!
The Ubuntu team is pleased to announce the release of Ubuntu 20.04.4 LTS
(Long-Term Support).
For IBM Z and LinuxONE (s390x) it is as usual available as Server (ISO) image, Cloud and Container image.
Like previous LTS series, 20.04.4 includes hardware enablement stacks

Ubuntu on Z and Netplan
I recently came across a nice article the about Netplan, well there are many good articles and documentation about Netplan out there, but this one struck me because it is about "Using Netplan with Linux on IBM Z", in particular with Ubuntu (Server) 20.04.
It's a nice read, not only for everyone who is new to Netplan (and in particular Netplan on Z), but also if more special configurations are needed, like VLAN or bonding.
