Three years after Jacqueline Kruglyakova, a resident in pediatrics at Johns Hopkins Hospital, and David Andrew Brodian, an attorney at the Federal Communications Commission, matched on Hinge during her last year of medical school in D.C., he surprised Jacqueline with a proposal during a boat ride in the Annapolis harbor. “The captain asked us if it would be okay if he takes some photographs of us for his website,” Jacqueline recalls. “Now thinking back, I was so naive!”
