Chairman of the National Commercial Bank Financial Group (NCBFG), Michael Lee-Chin is describing the group’s upcoming Additional Public Offering (APO) as a win-win opportunity for both investors and NCBFG.
The NCB Financial Group is seeking to raise approximately $5.1 billion via the APO.
The company published the prospectus last Thursday and indicated that the offer will open on May 6, and should run until May 27.

Westmoreland residents are being implored to be on the lookout for signs of hand-foot-and-mouth disease, particularly among small children.
Health Promotion and Education Officer for Westmoreland, Gerald Miller, in making the call, said persons must be vigilant in guarding against the illness, particularly as the parish deals with drought conditions.
Hand-foot-and-mouth disease is a mild, contagious viral infection common in young children.

Opposition Spokesman on Energy and Climate Change, Phillip Paulwell has stated that despite lower levels of unemployment in the country, the vast majority of Jamaicans are not seeing the prosperity being touted by the Government.
