What is a road trip without music? We just spent a few weeks cruising around the South West of Western Australia. The Gibb River Road is an amazing dirt road adventure through the heart of the Kimberly in Western Australia. The dusty road was once a cattle route and now it is an iconic 4wd expedition. If you have wondered what it is like to travel fulltime in a Jayco Camper Trailer we have shared our experience. We packed up our family and spent an amazing 3+ months travelling Western Australia and the Northern Territory. We have a 2016 Jayco Eagle Outback and we were a little nervous to see if it would survive off road tracks such as The Gibb River Road. Let’s see how the Jayco held up! Who doesn’t like saving money or getting some sort of value for spending their hard earnt dollars? In less than a month, we will be hitting the road full-time and I have looked at ways we can save a buck here or there. We plan to free camp as much as possible to save money. In the larger towns, we will stay in Caravan Parks plus we will need to do some laundry from time to time! Many of the Caravan Parks belong to chains and they offer lots of discounts and freebies.
