The SlingWing set up for Wing Foiling is simple and easy! Sam Light gives an overview of the key points to get any wing going.
Inflate: Unclip all One-Pump valves. Open valve cover – Insert pump hose (sold separately) into inflation valve. Pump to 6 PSI. Clip off all One Pump valves. For higher winds inflate trailing edge to 12 – 14 PSI. Make sure One-Pump valves are clipped off.
Attach: Feed wrist loop through the wing loop on LE. Pull wrist leash through itself to complete the connection.

Introducing the SlingWing for Wing surfing & Wing Foiling
Sometimes being first can be messy. So we thought we would offer an authentic back story and timeline on the development of the original Slingwing which is developed explicitly for Wingsurfing, or Wing Foiling as some people like to call it.
Some crazy dude with a ton of inspiration! There is nothing new about a handheld wing designed to pull you along, or even maybe trick yourself into thinking you will be able to fly!
Tom Magruder Circa 1986. The concept, inspired by a horizontal sail called the Wind Weapo ..read more

Migrating from Baja to Hood River with the Shred Sled 3:1 Hydrofoil board
On my annual migration North from Southern Baja to Hood River I got the chance to stop at the legendary windsurf spot, Punta San Carlos. The place features a half mile long, top to middle, peeling point break that is nice and slow – absolutely perfect for windsurfing and foiling. The main purpose of the trip was to take advantage of a strong overhead South swell forecast and get some serious windsurfing in at my favorite wavesailing spot.
Though the wave forecast was just about as good as it g ..read more

Windsurfing Hydrofoil Maintenance Tips
If you’ve clicked through to this blog, we’ve got a pretty good idea that you know what’s coming.
Windsurfing hydrofoil maintenance IS IMPORTANT.
That’s it! Just like a bike chain needs lube and your skis need a regular tune, your foil needs some lovin’. WHY COMMITTING TO A WINDSURF FOIL BOARD IS BETTER THAN RETROFITTING YOUR OLD SLALOM BOARD
Windfoil Brand Manager, Wyatt Miller, highlights 5 reasons why it is better to commit to a dedicated Windfoil board than try to retrofit your old slalom board.
Tuttle Box Placement.
Double the mast base adjustment range.
Volume under your feet allowing you to be in the footstraps before foiling.

Padding, chined rails and footstrap placement.
