Frequently asked questions about our studio. Do you need any experience? No you do not need any previous experience to take part in any of our programs (fitness or karate). All you need is a positive attitude and an open mind! Do parents need to stay? Nope! Hosted in Santiago, Chili One of our youngest athletes has just earned a gold medal during Karate Canada’s National Tournament. It was two weeks ago, in Laval, Quebec, when Logan took to the stage and swept the mats in Male Kumite, Youth -45kg. It was his first time competing at Nationals, but it was certainly not the first time he endured this sort of pressure.
