November represents the theme of mastering the physical and spiritual arenas of life.
The number 11, is the first body (soul or essence) connecting with the Infinite Mastery, 1 + 10 = 11. Consciousness becomes conscious of itself. This is our whole purpose of existence.
What does this mean on a practical note? We need to have mastery over our physical lives, get our accounts in order, taxes, start to close off the year’s admin duties, etc. Taking care of our bodies with a good exercise and yoga regime is essential. As is eating warming, nourishing foods. Mo ..read more

The number 10, is the First body (soul or essence) connecting with the Zero which is the Infinite to make our Aura’s radiant. 1 + 0 = 10
October represents the themes of the Radiant body which is excellence, radiance, authority, courage and commitment.
On a physical level the Radiant body is connected to our nervous system, skeleton and hair.

The Subtle body carries patterns from the Universal mind and accompanies our Soul body ( numerology number 1) to this earth. It provides each individual with our undeveloped abilities, habits and subconscious patterns.
September is collectively seen as the 9th month which relates to our Subtle body. This energetic body in yogic numerology goes beyond the realms of time and space. It is the Ajooni (unborn) in the Mul Mantra. During September at the start of fall we tune in to the other side, the shadows that lurk in our subconscious.
If you are going through a really ha ..read more

August the 8th month is connected to our life force energy. It is the flow of our
Prana or Chi (traditional Chinese medicine) through our channels or Nadis which
allows us to feel the flow of life and go with the flow.
The polarity to this is being in our narrative, rationalisations, evaluations, judgements and plans which come from beyond our presence (the quick subtle
mind) in automatic reactions from the subconscious.
Unlike the breath which takes us into the present moment and our bodies. The
mind tends to take us away from the present moment.
The mind created a defence mechanisms in our c ..read more

As we enter the month of June, we let go of fear and replace it with common sense that emanates from our awareness created by clarity, clear arcline and developed intuition.
Your intuition is there to keep you ahead of the wave and ahead of the times. It does this by allowing the arcline to tune in to, the unfolding of the next moment in time and space. It replaces fear of the future with trust that what is next is the right step.
For something to be different than it is, you must first accept it as it is. It also helps you feel protected and have a sense of presence which fills the spa ..read more

May in Sri Lanka is the height of summer and the Buddhist Festival Vesak. In 623 BC Buddha was born and this is his festival.
May is the season that encourages us to work with the physical body and the earthly plain. Now is the time to set your plans into motion and actualise them. We need the ability to respond to these new opportunities, good fortune with precision and ease. But this requires keeping up a good meditative and awareness practice so your intuition can guide your inner balance. Thich Nhat Hanh saying:
“To meditate means to go home to yourself. Then you know ho ..read more

April in the west is Spring but in Sri Lankan summer blooms. It is like living in a beautiful
floral hot house, it is steamy and we celebrate Easter but also Sinhala and Tamil New
Year, Ayurdu. April is a month we can recommit to developing a neutral mind and a
commitment to Dharmic living.
What does this mean? It is living in line with your soul’s purpose.
April is a good time to take a reality check. This is the 4th month of the year where we
need to pause, take a breath, connect with our true nature, vibration or spirit to mak ..read more
