A user journey is the path that a user follows while interacting with a product, service, or system. It typically involves multiple touchpoints and interactions across various channels and platforms. User journeys are often mapped out to understand and optimize the user experience, identifying pain points, opportunities for improvement, and moments of delight. Fixing the Public Sector IT Debacle
TBTech Magazine
by Mark Grindey

Addressing Regulatory Compliance in Government-Owned, Single-Use Devices
TBTech Magazine
by Nadav Avni
1M ago
Government-owned devices can either be employee- or customer-facing. Government workers use employee devices to monitor and report on their tasks. Of course, the challenge is selecting the right device, brand, and manufacturers to entrust with the work. For this, regulatory agencies set strict standards and requirements that each vendor or manufacturer must fully ..read more
