Ndola High Court By SHAMAOMA MUSONDA – THE ruling on whether the Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) Annual General Meeting (AGM) should go ahead or not will have to wait for one more week after the Ndola High Court yesterday adjourned the inter-parte hearing. The reasons for adjourning the hearing to Thursday next week is that the plaintiff, Damiano Mutale has firstly asked that one more third party be joined to the case and also that the matter should be moved to the Constitutional Court. Hamoonga By MUNAMBEZA MUWANEI – SIX people have been burnt to ashes after a fuel tanker carrying fuel lost control and collided with a truck that was transporting cement in Pilyeshi area of Serenje District yesterday. The six include a tanker driver and five passengers that were in a Howo Dangote truck that was transporting cement.
