As of July 1, 2024, a new regulation has come into effect for Behaviour Analysts to be regulated by the College of Psychologists of Ontario (soon to be the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario). The Government of Ontario mandated this new regulation in 2023 to improve safety and address the risk of harm to vulnerable Ontarians receiving ABA services.
