Over the Summer break, Jonny and I walked the Abel Tasman with Isabella and Louie and it was absolutely glorious. I was literally in heaven every single day. Walking, native bush, golden beaches…what’s not to love?! Having a shared common goal of making it by foot to a destination is such a great way to spend time together. The weather gods were insanely kind to us which made everything so much more enjoyable, especially camping! In the Abel Tasman you are primarily away from civilisation so simple luxuries we all take for granted such as power, running water to drink, fridges to cool food an ..read more

I am delighted to be on board with Nuzest NZ as an ambassador! I've been purchasing their products online for quite a few years now so it feels like a natural fit to promote the products we use at home every single day! In particular, the kids have been enjoying the Kids Good Stuff every morning when they wake up. It seems to fill a spot in Louie's tummy so that he can glide through the first bit of time after waking up without too much 'hangriness'! I aim to use a serve of the Kids Good Stuff each day alongside a variety of nutrient-dense foods to help support optimal health and immunity, es ..read more

Smoked Fish Dip

This smoked fish dip was inspired by Summer and spending time down at a family bach in the Marlborough Sounds. The past Summer the boys spent many evenings chasing Kingfish. After a successful night, a big catch was smoked and portioned into vacuum-packed bags and saved in the freezer for pies, chowders and dips such as this. It's gluten-free, nut-free and most importantly delicious! A one-bowl wonder you can easily whip up to feed guests and family and friends alike. Serve with buttered toast, grainy crackers or even corn chips. Pictured below with The Falcon - Lighter Sauvignon Blanc 2021 by ..read more
