Listen with the intent to understand Many of us think of yoga as being a way to get a stronger, a more flexible and a more mobile body. Chocolatey Goodness These plant-based chocolate truffles get absolutely inhaled when I make them for my sweet-toothed (read SUGAR ADDICT) fam and friends because they are just bloody delicious. But it’s lockdown, so my days are now revolving around yoga, walks and what snacks I’ve got on hand for my Netflix binges.
