OUTLOOK We are just past the middle of July and though we had a lack luster June weather wise, the weather in July has made up for it.  It looks like we are in for another beautiful weekend.  The concern now is going to be water levels and fire risk.  There is good news there too.  If we look at the 14-day forecast, there could be some rain coming for the end of the month.  Time will tell but, we could use a little moisture to keep things damp and the rivers cool. OUTLOOK  What a week, and it looks as though more great weather is coming. We will see a slight cooling trend but with temperatures still in the mid 20s it looks like a great weekend to get out.   We had several great reports from across the fisheries this last week. OUTLOOK We are starting to see solid warm summer weather and it looks as though it is here to stay. With that we will see a drop in levels for our local rivers. OUTLOOK We have a beautiful weekend of weather incoming. Temps are going to be hovering in the low 20s and with mostly sun in the forecast, it should be a good weekend to get out on the water. The BIG news is that the waves of coho we heard reports of up Georgia Strait arrived this week in the local waters. This is great news for all the future coho fisheries (both beach and river), and it is now well worth your time to head out and look for hatchery coho in the local water around Bowen. OUTLOOK  The great weather that was predicted last week is coming! OUTLOOK  Nice Spring weather is coming; just maybe not this weekend. It looks as though we will see another mix of sun, cloud, rain and mid teen temperatures. Next week is the one to keep an eye on if you are looking forward to some warmth and sun with a warming trend over the next 10 days and finally some stable weather.   The unstable weather hasn’t been all bad for fishing though. OUTLOOK  Cool weather with a mixed bag of sun, cloud and a little rain is the trend for this weekend for almost the entire province.   The cool weather is not a bad thing for a number of fisheries. We tend not to look too closely at rivers in May and June but, with low snowpacks and the cool weather keeping run off to a minimum, looking at water levels and planning a river trip is not out of the question.   Most anglers are looking to lake fishing and the cool weather is great for our local lakes.
