Two weddings. Same location. Same day. Yes, that is correct. I had two of my good friends end up getting married in San Miguel at the same time! Unfortunately, I didn’t get to attend both weddings on that night but I did get to spend time and celebrate with both of them. They really couldn’t have picked a better location to have a destination wedding!
San Miguel is by far one of the most picturesque places I’ve visited. We stopped on almost every corner to take a photo…no joke. I knew the city was known for it’s colorful vibes so as shocking as it is to some of you all I did pack accordingly ..read more

Mexico never gets old… This was my third trip to Punta Mita, Mexico and possibly one of the best. My first experience was for a bachelorette trip so you can imagine how that trip went, and the second time I went was a blogger trip where we stayed in the most amazing house I’ve ever seen. Honestly, not sure anything can top the blogger trip at Casa Koko but our stay at Four Seasons Punta Mita was definitely the most realistic trip.
Things had been pretty stressful over the last year, so when every single doctor told me I needed to take a vacation I knew I wanted to go to the beach. While be ..read more

ASPEN OUTFIT GUIDE
If you’ve followed me for a while, you know that I have a complete obsession with Aspen. I love the city so much… there’s always something fun to do, somewhere amazing to eat and lots of fun people in the town. Thankfully, I’ve had more excuses to get over there lately since we now have several clients there for Muse Consultants… so definitely can’t complain about that!
That being said, I’ve been going there often in both the winter and summer times and one of the most frequent questions I get is what I wear when I’m there. I’ve rounded up some of my favorite looks by season ..read more

Sometimes I wonder why I live in Texas… It’s a question I ask my self after every trip. I mean if I could at least live somewhere else during the month of August I’ll take it. I’m sure most of you would agree with me, right? Aspen would 100% be at the top of my list for places to live during the summer. I grew up going to the Colorado mountains so it just feels like it’s what I’m supposed to do. I remember driving up to the mountains in our “big green van” and I always looked forward to feeding the chipmunks! P.S. It was the highlight of this last trip too.
Since I’ve been to the Aspen area q ..read more

I wasn’t planning on doing a Park City Guide because I’ve only been twice now, but we did go to a ton of amazing restaurants so wanted to share! I had some people ask on Instagram about the amazing bread I had while I was there… First off, after a few glasses of wine any and all carbs taste phenomenal lol. Second, it actually was some of the best Italian bread I’ve ever eaten. After all that skiing you burn enough calories to indulge a little, right?!
We stayed at the Montage Deer Valley which felt like we were nestled up in the mountains in a castle. That being said…definitely my top choice ..read more

Morning from Park City!! Actually, we are staying in Deer Valley which is 15 min from Park City because the snow was supposed to be a little better. I haven’t been skiing in about 4 years so let’s hope I can make it down the mountain… I grew up skiing and was really good, but then in college I hadn’t been in forever so my first time back on the mountain I was terrified. Probably because I was skiing in a blizzard! So fun.
After that trip, I decided to give snowboarding a shot. It just seemed easier to me… Well, I kinda got the hang of it but couldn’t ever get my toe side down so I just zig za ..read more

Howdy y’all! No, who am I? That’s sounds a little too Texas for me, haha. I can say “y’all” since I have officially lived in Texas for 15 years and can call myself a true Texan now. However, as much as I loved wearing cowboy boots and a cowboy hat on this trip I’m not sure I’m “that” Texas.
I am so freaking excited to finally share my west Texas roadtrip guide with “y’all”! I have had this trip on my bucket list for the past three years… I’ve actually booked El Cosmico once before, but had to cancel last minute. With 2020 being the year that it has been, roadtrips have become my way of travel ..read more

FAMILY RV TRIP EXPERIENCE
This year has definitely become the year of road trips! If you saw my Instagram stories a few weeks ago then you probably saw a very BIG surprise… Yep, my dad bought the family an RV! He just couldn’t stand being stuck inside anymore, haha. I was skeptical at first, but when I went with my parents for the first RV road trip I was amazing at how nice these things can be!
Before we left on our adventure to Beaver Lake in Arkansas I had to make a trip to Academy Sports + Outdoors. Since we were “camping” I wanted to get a few things like a new Yeti cooler and some Yeti c ..read more

Every time I visit Austin I remember how much I love the city. Honestly, I think if I had to move to another city in Texas I would have no trouble at all choosing Austin. I try to get down there at least twice a year if not more! Even though I’ve been so many times, I’m always finding new places to eat or areas I’ve never stumbled upon before. That’s why it was finally time to put together an “Austin City Guide” for you all filled with my favorite places to eat, stay, and things to do.
Plus, if you have extra time to spend in the area you’ve also gotta check out Fredericksburg which is Texas ..read more

So the first time I wrote this post was in 2013…wow! Most of you know I’m a huge wine lover so Texas wine country is right up my alley. This was my third trip down to Fredericksburg and probably my favorite trip so far. When you’ve been stuck inside due to a pandemic and don’t feel comfortable flying quite yet why not take a road trip?!
I had seen this adorable A-frame property featured on one of my favorite Instagram accounts so had to check it out. When I looked it up on Airbnb there were only a few days available to book so I took the opportunity and booked it! I knew some of my girlfriend ..read more
