Recently Windows 10 stopped offering up to a month pause for updates. Go to Settings > Updates > Advanced Options > Pause updates - choose any date.  Suddenly it offered only 4 date. Online help from Microsoft was extremely long, complicated and sounded like they just wanted to confuse customers.
