Addison is absolutely beautiful. Her long, gorgeous hair lit up in the evening sun and brought her images to life. I loved shooting her senior session at Wildwood Family Farms. Their property is stunning and is filled with wildflowers and stunning landscaping everywhere you look. I loved shooting there (even though it was over 100*!).
I love the simple white flowers but also loved the bright, colorful flowers. There was so much variety.
Addison, you are so so incredibly beautiful.
All of Addison’s dress choices were so perfect. I loved each one!

Will and Eleni were so fun and kind. This was our first time meeting in person which is always a good idea before your wedding day. I’m so lucky that I get to be their photographer for their wedding and also capture their engagement photos in Lansing.
We started the session at The Lansing Studio and finished outside of the Michigan State Capital. It was so cold but they didn’t complain once. I seriously can’t wait for their wedding day. It’s going to be a blast!
The image on the right below was an accidental double exposure and I kinda love it!

Shooting Luke and Annemarie’s engagement session at the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah will always be a great memory for me. It was an adventure planning the trip, driving there and finding the best way to drive out onto the salt. Being from Michigan, many of these things were all new to me.
This couple was so fun to be around. We laughed so much and even met the next morning to shoot in the mountains (where I got to meet their sweet pups – check back soon for those photos). I can’t wait for their wedding this coming summer!
I love shooting some images on film. They just look so different ..read more

Joe and Sarah’s rehearsal dinner was such a fun time…and incredibly beautiful! Being a photographer sure takes me to some gorgeous places but Greencrest Manor has to be one of my favorites.
All of their friends and family came to celebrate on a hot summer day in Michigan and what a celebration it was. We were a little worried about the weather for the next day, wedding day, so we made sure to capture some portraits around this stunning property just in case

Hank and Ashley’s wedding at Bay Pointe Inn was so incredibly fun. From all the details they planned, to including their sweet pups and their incredibly kind families…I sure enjoyed capturing the day for them!
Family and friends traveled from all over to celebrate with these two…even the bride and groom decided to celebrate here in Michigan instead of where they live in Texas since Michigan was somewhere special to them (and because it’s beautiful here in the summer!). Although their plans were well thought out, Michigan has a way of making up it’s own mind and gave us some super hot Texas hea ..read more

Family photos are such a treasure and something you’ll never regret taking the time to have. In twenty years your sweet kiddos will be grown up and you’ll want to remember those precious little chubby cheeks and tiny toes. That’s what it’s all about, friends. We met up early in the morning in Grand Rapids for these family photos and were gifted with a blanket of fog. It created such a mysterious and dramatic scene. I’m in love!
Goodness Brett, you have such a beautiful family.

Being a family photographer is so incredibly especially when I get to see this family yearly….this year at a gorgeous beach on the shores of Lake Michigan. We originally had planned to go to another beach but they were closed so we switched up our plans fast and found a new one…. I may even like this location better. It was stunning!
These gorgeous parents are friends of mine from high school. I love catching up with the every year. Their two older boys are similar ages to my girls so it’s fun to see the comparison between them all.
Ok…this photo below is an all time favorite. I thought of ..read more
