Owner Oscar Rodriguez says the Layton breakfast-and-lunch spot should be opening in Ogden this summer. “We just took over the old Sonic on Washington (Boulevard). The restaurant announced moving plans last year, only to walk them back. But this time, there’s an official new address in Preston — 101 N.
