Green Leprechaun Lemonade is whimsical and refreshing, and making a batch with little ones is a great St. Patrick's Day activity. First let me just say there's not a drop of food dye in this recipe—it actually gets its vibrant color from spinach! But don't worry; you won't taste the vegetables and neither will your kiddos.
