It pulls flavors similar to a Kenya coffee with a creamy, butterscotch aroma, citrus acidity and sage-like undertones.  The coffee is from the R ..read more

We wanted to test a theory that freezing green prolongs the shelf life of green coffee.   Green coffee is the seed of a coffee cherry. Coffee can be harvested throughout the year in large countries.   April is Earth Day month. Back in 1970, Earth Day was established by Gaylor Nelson, a senator from Wisconsin. It was such a successful movement, that in December of the same year, congress created the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). At its heart, Earth Day carries the commitment to doing what you can where you are. Yes, it has national recognition, but it still takes individuals to make a difference. This begs the question, what are we doing to embrace the ideals of environmental stewardship? Our commitment to the land We have always been committed to offering certified organic c ..read more
