What started out as smoking meats for personal consumption, developed into a Catering business which has now developed into Maverick’s Q-N-Brew Restaurant in Zachary. Maverick’s Q-N-Brew is not just another Bar-B-Q restaurant, this is a smokehouse.  Bar-B-Q is typically cooked over an open flame, Maverick’s Q-N-Brew is about smoked meats.
