Shimokitazawa is a trendy neigborhoud located in Setagaya Ward, not far from Shibuya and Shinjuku. Shimokitazawa is best visited on foot, through it's pretty alleys made of trendy shops, vintage thrift stores, music bars and theatres... It's definitely a young and trendy area. However, I'm pretty sure you've seen this beckoning cat "Lucky Cat" called Maneki Neko in Japan. Gotoku-ji temple is the home of this famous cat, which brings wealth and good luck to its owner.
