Our four boats could be seen motoring from Trellis Bay to the Baths very early yesterday morning. The Baths is a national park here in the BVI that is a collection of large rocks on the shoreline – making it a perfect place for a hike and a snorkel (or ‘snorkel’ as we like to call it). Upon arrival at the Baths, we all had a good breakfast before arriving at the dinghy line for our snorkel portion of the ‘hikel’. It is just a quick snorkel to the shore where we started the hike. It is so much fun to go through the rocks and see all the natural ..read more

Then, we did our pre-departure checks and dropped the ball. We sailed from Leverick Bay on Virgin Gorda to Trellis Bay on Beef Island. It was a great sail! Jelliblu decided to take a different route than Samoa and Blue Buddha causing Jelliblu an awesome win!                  All of the boats were in Tr ..read more

As the sun rose over the Anegada mooring field, our campers made ready quick to eat breakfast and drop the ball as we had a long sail ahead of us. The sail from Anegada to Leverick Bay on the North Sound was pretty windy and wavy yet everyone did a great job getting their sails up! The North Sound is the northern part of Virgin Gorda Island and has many different bays including Bitter End which is famous for the Yacht Club. Once everyone picked up a mooring ball at Leverick, we made a quick lunch and got ready for Dinghy Dares! This is a game in which the staff b ..read more

With the sun rising over the Scrub Island docks, the campers made ready to de dock after a quick morning breakfast of bagels and eggs. As it was Challenge Day, the skipper of the day, navigator, and mate met with Max (fleet captain) at the cafe to get a briefing of the navigation. Challenge day is the day where the campers take over the boat for the whole day. They only get three questions to ask the staff all day meaning they have to sail the boat, pick up the mooring ball, and make lunch all on their own. The end destination was Anegad ..read more

Written by Beth F., Mate and Dive Instructor The fleet woke up to the beautiful blue waters of white bay and once the divers left we dropped the ball and eventually headed to marina cay where we made lunch and had a free diving lesson. The divers that left had finished their open water course and got to go on some fun dives. They went to the Dogs (a collection of small islands) and saw sunken airplanes that look like sharks! And the campers that did free diving practiced holding their breath for as long as they can.     ..read more

We had a beautiful morning wake up at Sidney’s on Jost Van Dyke Island and quick motor over to Diamond Bay. The kids had a scrumptious breakfast of pancakes which is everyone’s favorite! After the breakfast everyone went to land on Jost for a hike to the bubbly pool. It is a quick walk through a path that leads to a natural pool surrounded by beautiful rocks. At the pool, kids love to swim and climb all the rocks. We also played a game in which each boat had to bring a bucket and we ask each crew a question about their captain, if they get it wrong, the captains an ..read more
