Every new wedding at Harvest Hollow, I always say “This is my new favorite!”. The colors of Jenny and Seth’s June wedding really blew me away. Ashlie and Parker’s wedding at The Ledges Club was a bride’s “something blue” dream. The Ledges clubhouse provides the perfect backdrop for any occasion. I feel as if I’m walking into a castle every time I arrive. All of the shades of blue paired perfectly with the stone of the building. The day went perfectly from start to finish. The weather for June was quite cool and perfect for an evening ceremony on the back lawn. We may not have had a sunset, but I think the blue hour paired perfectly with the colors of the day. Natalie and Jarret’s wedding at Infinity Event Venue was nothing short of a photographer’s dream day. We started out the day with the most beautiful details paired with one of the prettiest bouquets I’ve photographed to date. The peonies in the bouquet and on the table displays are extra special. Natalie’s mom has been growing them and preserving them in the fridge throughout the growing season. They were hands down one of my favorite features of the entire day! Man, oh man! Did we go out of 2022 with a bang of a wedding! Yes… this was shot at the end of 2022 (as in December)! Don’t let the date fool you… Hollie and Will’s wedding at The Chapel at Seaside had perfect beach weather. We were nice and chilly for Aubrie and Josh’s Burritt wedding in November. The cold didn’t stop us though. Every detail was perfect from the invites to the send-off. Salt + Paperie is always creating suites that I love. The gold foiling on these invitations photographed SO beautifully and paired perfectly with the rings and blush florals. Last September, Jacob and I traveled to San Diego for a very special wedding. Our friends Josh and Estella got married at the Carlsbad Windmill. If you don’t know, both Jacob and I grew up here in Alabama with Josh. He has been Jacob’s best friend since forever! Last June, we celebrated Emma and Kyle’s wedding at the Huntsville Botanical Garden. This beautiful blue-toned wedding may have made it look like a relatively cool day, but boy, it was a hot one! My favorite memory of the day was when Emma’s mom and sister came to cool her off with ice packs. It was pretty genius of them. Their ceremony in the celebration garden was absolutely stunning.
