I had a recent visit to the Caribbean island of Antigua and learned one of their most popular dishes is called a Roti. That's a cross between a flaky pot pie crust stuffed with curry-filled meats. Thinking about getting some Jamaican sun for the spring or summer, check out this boutique hotel minutes away from Montego Bay Airport called The S-Hotel. Farrelly's Southern Bar has been pretty popular with their amazing dinners and weekend brunch, but now they've also added lunch to the menu. So here's a word of caution, don't there if you're hangry because you start ordering & eating more than 1 item off the menu...trust me because I'm a witness and hope they didn't judge me when I left.
