My husband actually recently found this recipe and we just thought it was your typical french toast casserole until we tasted it. We were shocked when we first bit into it because it literally tasted just like Kneaders french toast which we both love. The whipped cream and strawberries make it ten times better so I highly suggest making sure you add those to the casserole. We love to make special cards for all the important mothers, grandmothers, and great grandmothers in our lives for Mother’s Day. For 2022, I decided to start the Blossom and Become Book Club, and our January book is You Will Not Have My Hate, by Antione Leiris. I decided to start this book club a little late into the year, so I wanted to lead off with something short, but powerful. This one takes less than an hour to read, but packs a punch.
