I love to know I'm staying hydrated and I love having fun with my kids even more.  Last week, we explored using LMNT in popsicle molds to beat the heat wave passing through. It was SO easy and a huge hit!  Have you looked at the amount of added sugar in popsicles at the grocery store? It feels like we’re averaging 15g a pop!
