Sedona offers up to $10K to short-term rental owners who sign leases with locals. Housing shortages have promoted the City of Sedona to activate a program that encourages homeowners to lease out their homes to local employees that cannot find a place to call home.  This pilot program incentivizes homeowners who stop leasing out their homes to tourists and rather to the local workers.
