Getting a tattoo is an exciting experience, but proper aftercare is crucial for ensuring its longevity and vibrancy. In this guide, we’ll explore two methods of tattoo aftercare to help you navigate the healing process effectively. Method 1: Aftercare for Lining Tattoos 1. Remove the Dressing the Next Day. 2. Wash Well to Remove Plasma, this is essential. Do not let any plasma remain on the skin otherwise it will form a thick scab and will lengthen the healing process and could cause many problems. 3. The story behind each client’s scar is a deeply personal one. I would like to share with you this client’s journey of freedom after her scars have been hidden for over 40 years, even from her family and friends. “I bought my first short-sleeved shirt to be tattooed in!” One thing that surprises every client having a scar cover-up tattoo is how quickly they fall in love with the tattoo. The all embark on the journey desperate to have the tattoo completed, which can often take many sessions. What always amazes them is that even after the first session they feel a lot more comfortable in their ..read more

The experience of getting a blackwork tattoo (or any tattoo for that matter) is dependent on who is doing it and the environment it’s in. Leaving UN1TY with their tattoo, once the bleeding stops and the scabs flake, they’re left with a reminder of what they accomplished and the experience had. Alex I recently closed a chapter on ..read more
