Been finding (and making) a little more time to sketch lately, and dusting off a couple projects that have been neglected since the Spring. More on those soon. Here are a few crayon sketches from the last few weeks. Took the train to Portland a few weeks ago. Went to Powells, where the kid bought a copy of Sun Tzu’s Art of War, and to the Saturday Market, where he bought a camouflage cadet cap. Expect the coup to launch any day now. The boy had his first adventure in a sea kayak a couple weeks ago and enjoyed it quite a bit. The waters were actually pretty smooth, and the dog wasn’t there, and his mom was out on the water with him. But apart from that this is pretty accurate. Been redoing the floors in our house, along with some room switching, which has been taking up most of the weekends and evenings lately.
