Punch was one of General Cigar’s brands making a return at the 2024 Premium Cigar Association (PCA) Trade Show for the first time in five years. However, the brand shipped its releases prior to the opening of PCA 2024. This year’s releases for Punch focused on Knuckle Buster, a value-priced series. At the 2024 Premium Cigar Association (PCA) Trade Show, Tatuaje Cigars showcased L’Atelier Côte d’Or La Tâche ’18. This is a 6 x 46 Corona Gorda size of the limited edition La Tâche blend that never got released. The name Côte d’Or translates to “gold coast.” It also is the name of the part of Eastern France that is the famous Burgundy wine growing region. The region is best known for Pinot Noir. At the 2024 Premium Cigar Association Trade Show, Quality Importers Trading Company introduced the Palió Tazza Piccola Ashtray line. This line expands the Palió Tazza line by adding a four-cigar-rest personal ashtray. The unit measures 7.1″ (l) x 7.1″ (w) and 3.7″ (h) and is available in a choice of black, copper, red, or stainless steel. The bowl is also windproof. Each of the cigar rests can hold a 70-ring gauge cigar. The rim of the ashtray can be customized for laser engraving. The 2024 Premium Cigar Association (PCA) Trade Show marked the return of Drew Estate to the Trade Show. Drew Estate certainly didn’t miss a beat when it came to the Trade Show. At the 2024 Premium Cigar Association (PCA) Trade Show, Tatuaje Cigars showcased two cigars commemorating Pete Johnson’s  50th birthday. The cigars were rolled back in December 2019 at El Rey de Los Habanos using extra-aged tobaccos. A year later, Pete Johnson decided to foil-wrap the cigars into 50-count cabinets. However, the price of the cigars, combined with the fact that few cabinets would be made available, led Johnson to move the cigars to ten-count boxes in September 2023.
