Don’t look now, but the defending College World Series champions are rounding into shape at the perfect time as LSU won a huge series over Texas A&M at home.  They won each of the first two games by 6-4 scores.  In the first game, a 4-run sixth inning for LSU was highlighted by a 2-RBI double from Josh Pearson. With only three weeks left in the regular season, SEC teams are looking to better position themselves for the SEC Tournament and NCAA Tournament.  A perfect example of this was the series between Alabama and Ole Miss this past weekend.
