I honestly wish that I had started exploring sooner because there is so much to see, so much beauty and never enough time, right? I decided it was time to check out the Bay of Plenty, this is definitely somewhere I’ll have to re-visit because it is so vast and I only had a few days. The Bay of Plenty is situated in New Zealand’s north island and c ..read more

Hello!! I’m super excited to share some of my favorite tips on how I research the best Instagram spots for upcoming travel. I’ve made it a mission of mine to not only explore tourist gems that attract so many people to a city, but also spots that are unique and perhaps more of local knowledge. But finding these beautiful local places is often a traveler's best kept secret or complete local knowledge. I find that this makes it more of a challenge to find the spots an ..read more

You know that feeling when you’ve been on the go for ages! Everyones tired, cranky and frankly there is no escaping being hangry. We were booked in with Peppers Resort at Lake Tekapo to conclude day 2 of our South Island of New Zealand Road Trip, and I could not wait to flop onto the bed, have the aircon blasting, a glass of wine in hand and snack on some chips.
