Ghost is a great blogging platform. I have been keeping a close eye on it since long before finally making a switch. The biggest issue I have with the platform is the themes, the free ones lack a lot of features that are essential to me and the paid ones are really expensive.
So I decided to stick to the default Casper theme and build upon it based on my requirements. Just wanted to share all the changes that I have made in the theme for it to work for my likings. Let's take a look at a few of them.

Earlier this week I was trying to setup Omnichannel for Customer Service trial on my tenant. Upon successful setup when I tried logging in using one of the agent logins, it went through, however there were some prominent errors.
There was a problem with your single sign-on account. Please sign out of all Microsoft Dynamics 365 apps and sign in again.
Presence loading failed
You can see both the issues in the screenshot below

It took me a while to figure it out as to what's going on. Wanted to share it with everyone with similar situation.

Ever since Microsoft started publishing the Dynamics 365 product roadmap, there is that part of me who checks eagerly to see is some of the ideas have turned into features or not.
With the 2021 wave release, following are some of the key items which made me super excited and I want to try them as soon as the preview lands.
ILMerge - Thanks for being there, but we don't need you anymore
Microsoft is bringing in the new concept of Dependent Assemblies which will allow developers to register third-party libraries along with the plugin assembly.
Arguably the most used third-party assembly is Newt ..read more

As part of the ongoing platform improvements, recently there was a very useful tool which was released Access Checker.
As system implementers, am sure we all have come across scenarios where we implemented a security model, however testing that model is challenging because you need access to a few user accounts where you'll change roles and test if the model works or not.
Yes, there are a community tools available, like this XRM Toolbox plugin. This works really well but its still a third party solution for something that should really be available out of the box with the platform.
Well, Micro ..read more

Microsoft Power Automate is a great platform when it comes to designing your workflows or automations with its easy to use drag-and-drop workflow builder and the hundreds of connectors that are available for Power Users.
More often than not, we come in a situation where there is some data available, in a given format, say JSON, and we would like to check in the data if certain value exists or not and based on that, a logic needs to be written. I was surprised to find out that the condition step does not have a property to check for empty or null values.

Azure Logic Apps needs no introduction, Microsoft has provided a beast of iPaas offering which you cannot ignore. I just love how effortless it is to connect to various platforms / applications using simple connectors and define your integration workflow. Integrating Dynamics 365 with Logic Apps is a breeze because of the presence of first-party connector.
I got myself into an edge scenario where an integration was supposed to be built between SharePoint and Dynamics 365 (yes, we couldn’t utilize the OOB integration because of varying requirements). The problem was unavailability of Non-Intera ..read more

As the title suggests, you either love what Microsoft is doing with its new Unified Interface for Dynamics 365 or you absolutely hate it, but you cannot ignore it, not if you have recently subscribed for a trial instance of Dynamics 365.
It came in as a surprise to me when I recently created a trial instance. Previously, if you wanted to go to the classic interface of Dynamics 365, you would simple choose the Dynamics 365 - custom app, but things have changed. I tried logging in to classic interface but couldn’t get on to it and noticed a new flag in the URL https://xxx.crm.dynamics.com/main.a ..read more

If you are an administrator handling multiple Office 365 domains then I am sure you would have come across the problem of not being able to easily switch between domains and perform basic administrative tasks.
But I can use Multiple Browsers, right?
Yes, of course, you can use multiple browsers but don’t you think it is kind of an overkill having to install 4-5 different types of browsers just to perform some task on a website. This idea doesn’t make any sense and I love using chrome and would like this functionality to be working on it.
Alright, then why not Incognito Mode?
Sure, using chrome ..read more
