Central Indiana based whiskey distillery, West Fork Whiskey Co., announced that they entered an agreement with M/I Homes, Inc. to create a live and play entertainment district to be located in Westfield, Indiana and dubbed the West Fork District.

Made from a blend of two whiskey styles, this three-barrel batch was crafted to highlight the flavor impact of a unique heirloom variety of wheat known as dinkel wheat.
