Calgary, Jan. 26, 2021 – In 2020, housing markets across the country surprised many with a stronger-than-expected rebound in the second half of the year despite record-high unemployment rates and significant job losses. Last week, the Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) announced a new regulation on mortgage insurance for property buyers, slate to begin July 1, 2020 Social Real Estate wanted to share this information with you as it could potentially impact your property buying journey.
