We are a family-owned company nestled in the heart of Kitchener, Ontario. Our awakening to becoming Vegan was inspired by our research on the benefits of a Vegan lifestyle and further adapted by our love for cooking and trying new recipes. During our transition to becoming Vegan, we struggled with limited access to vegan foods on the market and so decided to bridge this gap.

Ingredients
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Soy Milk
1 Tablespoon White Vinegar
Directions
Combine the Soy Milk with the white vinegar and set aside.
Pre-heat skillet on Med-Low
In a bowl, add the flour, baking soda and salt and mix thoroughly.
When the pan feels hot, pour the milk mixture to the center of the dry ingredients
Using a knife, cut the mixture until it comes together as a dough ball.
With floured hands, place dough ball on a floured surface and press down evenly to about 1/2" thick. Cut into 8 or 6 wedges.

Oven-ready Lasagna Noodles
Tomato Sauce
Nafsika Mozzarella (available on our site)
Beyond Meat Ground Beef (available on our site)
Your choice of vegetables, diced
Oregano
Basil
Garlic Cloves

Directions
Cook Beyond Meat ground beef in fry pan with spices.
Sauté diced vegetables in fry pan and combine with cooked Beyond meat.
3. Grease Lasagna pan and layer with tomato sauce.
4. Line the bottom of the pan with lasagna noodles and once again cover in tomato sauce.

Makes 2 loaves in a kitchen aid mixer
Ingredients
500ml warm water
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon + 1 Teaspoon Sugar
1 Tablespoon + 1 Teaspoon Vegetable shortening
2 Teaspoons Quick Rise Active Yeast
3 + 1/3 Cups All Purpose Flour
Directions
Place water in the base of your mixing bowl
Add the rest of your ingredients.
Using the Dough hook, mix until dough in fully combined. Continue for another 5 minutes.
Turn dough on to lightly floured surface, such as a counter.
Lightly cover with dish towel and allow dough to rest for 20 minutes.

1 Red Pepper, sliced
1 Yellow Pepper, sliced
1 Spanish Onion, sliced
2 Garlic cloves, minced

1/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast
1/4 Cup Italian Bread crumbs

The look and texture of these are remarkably similar to the real thing, its almost hard to believe its not.
These shrimp may be cooked in a variety of methods, we have tried baking, sautéing, pan frying and found they may be substituted for shrimp in mostly any recipe. Some main dishes we have tried with success are stir-fry, pasta with a white wine sauce, and yellow curry to name a few.
Hands down, our favorite appetizer is Vegan Breaded Coconut Shrimp! Very simple to prepare.
