Focaccia is a type of Italian flatbread that is widely popular and loved for its soft, chewy texture and flavorful toppings. It’s similar to pizza dough but typically thicker and more moist. If you are in a hurry and aren’t great at making dough, you can make delicious spongy focaccia with pre-made dinner rolls seasoned with olive oil, salt, herbs like rosemary or thyme, and sometimes vegetables decorated in little scenes.
Give your creative juices a workout with this one.

A dole whip mimosa gives all the feelings of the famous Dole Whip in an alcoholic, delicious brunch drink. To modify for a mocktail, just omit the prosecco and use club soda instead. Cheers!

Shopping with Terri at her Love That Olive store in Maple Grove is fun. She walks around the store with joy and enthusiasm as she shares stories of the individual products she has hand-picked throughout the store. Terri is incredibly knowledgeable about the 50-plus olive, seed, nut oil, and Balsamic Vinegars she carries in her store. Since 2010, Terri has tempted local foodies and gourmands with her Greek and Italian oils imported by family growers. As the store has evolved, she has added a growing selection of gourmet food products, and hearing her describe each product and how to use them is ..read more

This party paloma mimosa recipe is a lovely spring or summer cocktail (or mocktail!) with its citrus flavors and spicy/sweet rim. Whenever I host I make sure to offer both a cocktail and a mocktail, so everyone has something tasty to enjoy.
What is a Paloma?
A paloma is a tequila based cocktail, typically with grapefruit and lime flavors. This one incorporates Prosecco to make it a paloma mimosa, but you could leave out the alcohol altogether and serve it with a plain, lime, or grapefruit soda water.

This strawberry bread is packed FULL Of strawberry flavor. It calls for chopped fresh strawberries in the bread itself and then freeze dried strawberries ground up into a pretty pink powder and mixed in with the vanilla glaze.
You can bake this recipe in three mini loaf pans or one standard size. If you bake it in the mini size, keep an eye on them as they’ll be done baking a bit earlier. I love to serve strawberry bread on a white platter with fresh strawberries for garnish.

I love how versatile this blondies recipe is! Depending on the occasion you can add colorful m&ms or other candies. For this occasion I made them with Cadbury milk chocolate eggs (affiliate link). They also have white chocolate chips, which makes them seriously irresistible.
I use an 8-inch square pan (affiliate link) so we get a nice tall bar, but these will also work in a 9-inch square pan if that’s all you have. They’ll just be a bit shorter. A trick to getting these out of the pan super easily is to use parchment paper and also spray it with cooking spray. To make the parchment stay i ..read more
