Researchers at Springbrook National Park believe they captured thermal images of Australia’s Bigfoot, Yowie.
Yowie researcher Dean Harrison spent roughly $100,000 over the last 25 years in search of the Australian cryptid. The majority of his time is spent in Springbrook National Park in the Gold Coast hinterland of Queensland. And it all paid off recently when he reportedly documented a Yowie sighting.
“Randomly panning around and there [you] have it. Two of them,” Harrison said. “We were ecstatic. I mean, this is probably the best footage so far in Australia.”

Did resident Cristina Ryan capture a video of a baby dinosaur on her home security camera in Florida? She believes so.
“Any animal we can come up with that would be ‘walking’ at 3:40 in the morning, wouldn’t walk this way,” Ryan told FOX 35. “Maybe I’ve watched Jurassic Park too many times, but I see a raptor or other small dinosaur!”
“Some say a large bird,” she continued, “but that makes no sense since whatever it is appears to have front legs.”
Most commenters weren’t as easily convinced as Ryan, though, offering suggestions from a Komodo Dragon to dogs or cats to aliens.

Perhaps the most pressing question in cryptozoology right now has to do with readily-accessible recording equipment. Everyone has a smartphone. There are wildlife cameras placed all across the globe. And all that information can be uploaded to the internet near instantaneously. How, then, has Bigfoot and other cryptids stayed hidden in the wild for so long?
There is no singular answer. Perhaps Bigfoot simply doesn’t exist. That’s one possibility. Or maybe they’ve developed the ability to camouflage into their surroundings. If video recording devices can’t see them, it doesn’t matter how many c ..read more

Just this month, Eoin O’Fagan recorded a brand new Loch Ness Monster sighting.

O’Fagan, the man behind the camera, recorded the elusive cryptid for the third time this year.
He also recorded two of the first three sightings of 2021 with Kalynn Wangle recording the third. Those videos can be seen here.

A new Oklahoma bill — proposed by State Rep. Justin Humphrey — put a bounty on Bigfoot’s capture. The original plan of $25,000 is now over $2 million only weeks after the proposal of the plan.
Don’t worry, Sasquatch fanatics; the bill makes it clear that hunters must capture Bigfoot unharmed and can’t break any laws to accomplish their task.
Despite the fact that this is clearly a money grab — state tourism officials are developing a Bigfoot promotional campaign and businesses are gearing up to sell annual Bigfoot tracking permits — the plan could spark a renewed interest in tracking down the ..read more
