Skiing in Colorado has always been curious to me… but due to the photos with huge piles of snow, I had never really considered it an option for vacation…until recently.  My late husband was from up north and he loved to go snow boarding, in fact I remember when we were in college sitting outside of of the Katahdin Ski Lodge up in Maine while he went skiing with his buddies.
