Hey Y'all!  I wanted to share this easy crock pot recipe that is so perfect for cold days. I made a couple days ago 'Roast Beef French Dip Au Jus Sandwich'. It was definitely a winner both my husband and my kids ! Hey Y'all I'm wanting to catch up on my blog.... a little bit of medical drama.... and a heavy subject that I want to cover....  My son had walking pneumonia from aspirating on a chip after choking. He seems to be better but now I'm dealing with band aid burns....which I was completely unaware of if leave a band aide on for more than a day you can get blister burns.
