FC Cincinnati has announced its roster for the 2024 season.
Of the members of FC Cincinnati who won the Supporter's Shield and took the team to the Eastern Conference finals, 23 will return for next season.
The team exercised options on Ian Murphy and Arquimides Ordoez to keep them on the squad.
However, FC Cincinnati declined options on Santiago Arias, Dominique Badji, Ray Gaddis, Yuya Kubo and Harrison Robledo. Junior Moreno is also out of contract, the team said.

FC Cincinnati defender Matt Miazga has been suspended by the MLS, the league announced Wednesday evening.
Miazga has been suspended for three matches and issued an undisclosed fine. The suspension and fine come after Miazga committed misconduct following FCC's match agains the New York Red Bulls on Nov. 4, the MLS said.

The Orange and Blue defeated the Philadelphia Union 1-0 on Saturday in the Eastern Conference semifinals of the 2023 MLS Cup Playoffs.
FCC's Yerson Mosquera gave Cincinnati the 1-0 lead in the 94th minute of stoppage time.

FC Cincinnati's head coach has joined the growing list of officials and players on the team being honored by the MLS for their performance in the 2023 season.
Pat Noonan has been named the 2023 Sigi Schmid Major League Soccer Coach of the Year, the league announced on Tuesday. It's Noonan's second year as head coach, after he came to Cincinnati from the Philadelphia Union in 2022.
Under Noonan, the team tied for the fourth-most points in a single MLS season and became the ninth team in MLS history to win at least 20 games in a single season.

Three different FC Cincinnati players have earned recognition from Major League Soccer for plays made throughout the 2023 season.
On Nov. 9, the MLS announced Luciano Acosta was awarded the 2023 AT&T 5G MLS Goal of the Year for his solo goal against Charlotte FC on Sept. 23. During that game, Acosta seized an opportunity in the 78th minute by taking possession in Cincinnati's half of the field. Acosta then dribbled through the legs of a Charlotte defender then beat two more Charlotte players to sink the ball into the top corner of the net.

A player gained "unauthorized" access to the referee locker room after the FC Cincinnati vs. New York Red Bulls playoff match and had to be "forcibly removed," according to the Professional Soccer Referees Association, the union that represents referees for Major League Soccer.
