So many things going on in our country and world. I needed to take several months off in order to figure out what is going on. Well, I still don’t know what is going on. Just trusting in God alone for daily life as usual. So, what have I been up to?? Went from one social media account to another. Finally landing over on Telegram to get into different groups. Found a lot of great people over there. Anyways, still using my Young Living oils, products on a daily basis. Thankful to the Lord for all my oils. God gives me strength and the oils to help keep me focused and moving forward in my life d ..read more

Seasons Of Change
Carol Palmer

I have been alive long enough to have seen many seasons of change. Babies being born, loved ones die, war, weddings and so much more. Currently I and the world are witnessing first hand strange changes. As a whole I have had to learn that change in our short lived lives is inevitable. We truly are not in control of our lives. Knowing that God is sovereign and in complete control of all the good and bad that goes on in our lives. Sometimes it’s hard to have an understanding of why these odd things are happening. It’s okay not to have an understanding. This helps me get my focus back on the Lord ..read more

I hope this finds you well today. I promised a few weeks back to tell the amazing story of how our family was gifted Miss Lucy Pug. When our kids were little we had a Pug named Missy.  She was the sweetest thing. Arriving at our home at just 8 weeks old, she stole our hearts. Many years of sweet memories made with her in our family. I remember one time I caught my son Samuel laying in her crate with her….lol Missy was a part of our family for 9 years before she died. When that happened I never wanted another dog. We loved her so much that losing Missy, left a huge hole in ALL our hearts ..read more

Well, I had to go and say it didn’t I…lol!! Christmas is really is coming up quick. Only 2 months till we are with friends and family and enjoy this special time of the year. The other day I happened to mention to my daughter, “Hey I need you to start your Christmas list so I can start shopping.” Her reply, “Mom sure. Though I’ve been shopping since March, you better get with it.” Just imagine her with a funny snarky tone then laughing out loud. We do laugh a lot in our household. That is a good thing I believe don’t you? Yep, even at the ages of 10 and 17, I still ask my young adult children ..read more

Pets – Part of The Family

My goodness, pets can sometimes just be the silliest family members. They can unroll toilet paper, jump on countertops, chase you and the kids around the house, curl up in your lap and purr or snore away the evening. Growing up in a family of 5, we always had a cat or dog around. When I arrived at the age of 5 my parents let me get a kitten from our neighbor. I instantly named him Sammmy Davis Junior Capdeville. Yeah, what a name for my little man cat. Then, just a few years later we found our dog Lucky. He was a half Lab & German Shepherd. I remember my dad saying to me that he just toler ..read more

Losing a child is the deepest loss ever. Wondering how I know? On October 19th, which is not that far off will be the 20th year of the loss of our son Steven. You may be thinking how does that feel so many years later. 2020 has been a year for spiritual growth for our family as a whole.
