Punjab pinni is one of my own very favourite dessert. It is a north Indian dessert usually eaten in winter season. It is a kind of round shaped atta ladoo prepared with desi ghee and is very popular in the North region of India.
Ingredients required:
1/2 kg aata
1/2 kg mawa
1/2 kg ghee
2 tbsp besan
Sugar
dry fruits
elaichi
3 tbsp nariyal burada
Procedure:
Take a pan and add 1/2 kg mawa to it and let it melt till it has bubbles of ghee above it
In another pan add 1/2 kg ghee and let it melt at a low medium flame.

Til ki Gajak/ Til ki chikki
One of the most famous winter sweets in India is Til ki Gajak. It is crispy wafer type sweet with lots of benefits of til and jaggery.
Ingredients required:
250 gm Jaggery (gud/ gur)
250 gm til
1 tbsp ghee
1 butter paper sheet
Procedure:
Put the til into the pan and roast it till it become a little brownish in colour , you can also notice the smell changing and the til becoming a little larger in size, that is the indication that they are cooked.
