Borussia Dortmund are ready to make a first offer to sign full-back Ian Maatsen on a permanent basis. The 22 year old Dutchman spent the second half of last season on loan from Chelsea at the Bundesliga side, and was part of the team that reached the Champions League final against Real Madrid at Wembley (although it was his error that led to Real’s second goal).
