Let’s face it, Philip Rivers has not delivered what the Indianapolis Colts expected so far in 2020.
So it’s only natural that Colts fans and the media are wondering if Coach Reich is anywhere near the point of benching him.
The short answer is no.
At least if you believe what Reich recently said about Rivers to The Athletic.
“My trust at the end of the day is that this guy is a Hall of Fame quarterback. I have the utmost belief in him, and our team has the utmost belief in him, and you’re gonna have to live with some mistakes. We truly believ ..read more

Indianapolis Colts QB Philip Rivers is having a great start to the 2020 season with his new team.
But he’s not the only one impressing the Colts.
Word has it that rookie Jacob Eason’s work ethic is getting positive reviews.
Word from the Colts' facility: Encouraging start for rookie QB Jacob Eason, who's been consistently staying late for extra workouts and film review w/ position coach Marcus Brady. Remember, Eason looked strong at the end of camp, even wowing Philip Rivers with a few throws.

The Indianapolis Colts decided it was time for a change at quarterback after the mediocre performance by Jacoby Brissett last season.
Often times, Brissett would take the safer shorter routes which in the long run would hurt the Colts offense.
This offseason, the Colts decided to shake it up and sign quarterback Philip Rivers who loves throwing the deep ball.
The 38-year-old quarterback struggled last season, but is hopeful for a bounce back year.

The Indianapolis Colts had their fair share of struggles on offense during the 2019 season.
While many things needed to change, buffing their wide receiver corps was near the top of the list.
Indy needed to add more explosive weapons after injuries and lack of depth derailed them at the wide receiver spot last season.
The Colts made a few changes at wide receiver during the offseason, but it might not have changed as much as some hoped.
As of right now, the Colts wide receiver corps is ranked 22nd in the league, according to PFF.
