We painted my son’s room recently and let me tell you that deciding on a color was a huge process. We let him pick the color, but narrowing it down to one color was tougher than we thought it would be (for a few various reasons including the fact that it’s a poorly lit room and we didn’t want to pick a color that would be too dark for the space). But I am happy to say that we did finally pick a color that everyone was happy with, but we ended up with a bunch of paint chips leftover. I am always making homemade cookies.  Growing up my mom always made sure there were always homemade cookies in the house, so it’s something I like to do for my own family now that I am the mom. One of my kids favorite kinds of cookies are M&M cookies.  I mean, who doesn’t love M&M cookies – am I right? I live in an older home. It was built in 1954, which I suppose isn’t that old compared to the house I grew up in, which was built around 1900, but relatively speaking – it’s old.
