The moment the new minor league team in Lake Tahoe announced their team name and colors it seemed inevitable they’d be linked to the Golden Knights. Last week that became a reality as Vegas announced the Knight Monsters as their new ECHL affiliate. The affiliation means every team in the VGK system is now located in Nevada.
