Popped into Greggs and discovered a new Cherry Bakewell Muffin. It definitely stood out because it had a pretty red white polka dot wrap contrasted by the while icing and bright red glacier cherry. As a cherry bakewell fan, I had to get it. Taking a bite, I was already impressed as it was not too sweet yet there were bits of chopped up cherries in the muffin. Rubicon has been around for decades. I first came across them at fried chicken shops in London where it was mostly mango and lychee drinks. They had coconut water which has been discontinued for a long while.
